Every pair begins in the Caribbean, where local fishermen dive with Hawaiian slings to remove invasive lionfish from the reefs their families have fished for generations. They’re paid fairly for every catch and even get to keep the meat. We keep the fins.

In Byron Bay, Carolina preserves each fin by hand and sets it beneath our signature half-moon, engraved with the PL monogram. It’s the first Pez León piece to carry our mark, and our most refined design yet, the clasp is designed to either show of the PL logo or flipped around for a simpler look that focuses more on the fins unique natural pattern. Every detail has been reworked for strength, finish and durability, so they’re made to move with you from a morning swim to a long dinner by the water.

No two fins share the same pattern, shape or length, so no two pairs are ever the same. The pair you receive will be just as beautiful as the ones pictured, and entirely its own.
