In the Caribbean, invasive lionfish are overwhelming coral reefs that have no natural defense. Instead of turning away from the problem, we chose to lean into it — transforming what harms the ocean into something that helps heal it.

Partnering directly with local and Indigenous fishers, paying fairly for every lionfish removed and turning the fins into meaningful, wearable pieces that become a voice for good.
